Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is really an awful thing to have.  It runs in my family.  I even had a great aunt who died from complications of the disease.  She was born with it and died in her 20's.  My grandmother had it and so do my mom and my aunts to some degree.  The reason I'm saying all of this is because of this article:

Seems like since I've changed my diet and following some of the things in the article I might not get RA or at least lessen the effects of it.  I sure do hope so.  I do have arthritis in my hands and neck.  I type every day so sometimes when I wake up my hands really hurt but I just get up and start again.  The worst thing you can do is just sit and obsess over the pain.  My gramma always said that and it's true.  If you move you will feel better with any kind of arthritis.  At least I think so.  Besides who wants their muscles to atrophy?  So I guess what I'm saying is if you can feel better with changing your diet and doing any kind of exercise to make yourself feel better why not give it a go?  Even if you don't have RA bet you know someone who does. Tell them about the article and give them a hug.  Everyone needs a hug :)
