Have you heard of GNOWFGLINS? GNOWFGLINS stands for God's natural, organic, whole foods, grown locally in season. It's a site that has information and step by step videos on how to ferment foods, dehydrating, etc. If you click on the link below, you can get a free mini subscription with no obligation. What do I get if you do sign up for the mini subscription? Just a little video showing me how to make tea tree soap if 5 people sign up. Her site is really informative and I have learned so much. If you do sign up for a full subscription, it's about the same cost of having one of those movie/TV subscriptions. To find out more just click the link or copy and paste it. Like I said, there is no obligation and she doesn't share anyone's email addresses ever. Maybe I'll get lucky and have 5 sign up ;)

Sewers/sewists looking for fabric? Here you go
I thought you might be interested in a sale that is going on at CraftConn.com. They are retiring and closing their store. Almost everything has been discounted 25%. I have always been pleased with the cloth I have gotten from them. Hate to see anyone closing though but at least it's because they are retiring. They have a full selection of cloth, sewing notions, etc.

PS: I'm not being paid to tell you this, just wanted to pass on a bargain.

Some fabulous fabric

All right now I'm bummed. But if you happen to buy some post a pic on your blog so I can be jealous.
I'm on a yarn fast too. I'm going to a yarn tasting this weekend...now I'm just torturing myself aren't I?

Quilting Problems
http://blog.craftsy.com/2012/03/advice-from-the-experts-quilting-sewing-trouble/
Check out the above Craftsy blog for some great answers to some of the most common quilting problems. If you havent checked out Craftsy's classes, you should. I have signed up for a few and they never expire and are very informative. They are in video format with pdf's you can print out. They have classes on quilting, sewing, gardening, jewelry making, weaving, etc. I really like them and hope you check them out and find something you want to learn. If you sign up for their emails, they send out 1/2 price class lists every so often. I'm all for 1/2 price LOL ;). Here is their site: http://www.craftsy.com/
I received no compensation from the above recommendation... just thought you might be interested.

OliveNation.com
http://www.olivenation.com/
They carry spices, cheeses, etc. I just ordered some vanilla beans from them and their prices are very reasonable and they are having free shipping on their vanilla beans right now.
I'm going to be making my own vanilla extract. More later...
