My crazy Christmas cactus that actually bloomed in April

I think this is a bougainvillea. It sure was pretty in April and the first part of May. All the flowers are gone now though...

And we kind of forgot what this was, actually thought that it had died but no it came up this spring and it's a boysenberry plant. We have two of them now. Anybody have any recipes for boysenberries?
